NEVER AGAIN PLAN 3

EXACTA AND TRIFECTA RULES

When playing exactas or trifectas, play 4 numbers boxed together. Only play an exacta when the odds are high enough to get return on your investment. The numbers to he played are always the 2 low odds numbers in the low 2 groups, except if you wish to add 1 special factor number and then you would box the 2 low odds numbers of the low group with the low odds number of the second low group along with the Special Factor number that you wish to play together.

If you have 2 Special Factor numbers in a race, you would play the 2 special factor numbers in an exacta box with the 2 low odds numbers of a group that is 4 points or more from the second group. Or if you have two groups close together, you would box the 2 special factor and the lowest odds of each of the 2 groups.

Make sure the return on your exactas warrants the cost of a 4 horse exacta box. Do not play $24.00 exacta boxes with $2.00 win plays. The amount you are investing on the win plays must be in proportion to the exacta plays. So it is suggested that the win plays be a minimum of $10.00 each for a $2.00 box or $20.00 each win plays for $5.00 boxes.

To play trifectas use the exact rules as above.

Basically all of the exacta plays with Special Factor Numbers being used are save plays. However, when using the Never Again Plan (4 Point spread), you may find that in many cases the save wasn't necessary. Keep records on your results with and without the save of the Special Factor numbers. Then elect to play where it is most profitable.

Likewise, if more than one morning line is available, work them all to find the one with the best results and of course, stay with that one.

MONEY MANAGEMENT

Set aside whatever amount of money you would like to use for a starting capital and invest 2.5 % of your capital on each win play (you are investing a total of 5 % per race.) When you win add your winnings to your original capital. Do not subtract your losses.

Invest 2.5 % of your capital on each number that you are going to play to win. Add your winnings to your capital and continue to invest 2.5 % on your win plays. DO NOT, I repeat do not lower your flat bet that you started with if you are losing.

If your capital investment was $200.00, your investment on your two numbers to win would be $5.00 each. Do not invest lower than the $5.00 on each number, even if you are losing. Keep track of your losses and when both of your win numbers are going off at odds of 3 -1 or higher, divide your losses by 10 and put that amount of money on each win play along with your initial 2.5 % investment.

When you win, subtract the profits earned from your losses and add that profit back to your capital investment and continue to invest as stated above.

And while I am on the subject of playing, please don't play any race when the morning line odds of the 3rd horse in your key group is very close or tied to your 2nd horse in that group. Also please pass any race when the #1 horse/ dog or one of your picks in your key group is a late scratch.

If you follow this money management guideline, it will also help your ROI. Take the odds of your 2 investments and add them together using the formula below. If they total 55 or more, we are suggesting that you pass the race. The formula is as follows:

The odds of the horse plus 1 divided into 100 equals a percent.

Example: 4 - 1 = 4 + 1 = 5 divided into 100 = 100/5 = 20 %

2 - 1 = 2 + 1 = 3 divided into 100 = 100/3 = 33 %

BOTH ADDED TOGETHER= 53 %

This would be a playable race since the total is under 55 %.

Conversion of Low Odds:

4-5 = .8 + 1 = 1.8

1-1 = 1 + 1 = 2

 6-5 = 1.2 + 1 = 2.2

 7-5 = 1.4 + 1 = 2.4

8-5 = 1.6 + 1 = 2.6

9-5 = 1.8 + 1 = 2.8

5-2 = 2.5 +1 = 3.5

7.2 = 3.5 + 1 = 4.5

9-2 = 4.5 + 1 = 5.5

Example of a Non Playable Race - 9-5 and 2 -1

9-5=1.8+1=2.8 divided into 100=100/2.8=36 %

2-1=2+1= 3 divided into 100 = 100/3 = 33 %

TOTAL ADDS UP T0 69 %

This is greater than 55 % or a pass race. All I am suggesting is that you play when there is value.

Investing in Never Again Plan 2

The above outline should be followed. However, the amount of monies on each horse should be cut in half until you have been able to experience what type of return you are receiving. If it's favorable, you may increase your wagers to the normal. If not, stay with investing in the Never Again Plan with the 4 Point spread.

Play trifectas use the exact rules as above.
